Welcome to My Oil Companion.

My Oil Companion is owned and operated by Next for Success LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the My Oil Companion website, web application, features, content, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Educational and Organizational Purpose

My Oil Companion is an educational and organizational tool designed to help users organize their essential-oil collections and explore information, recipes, uses, blends, goals, safety information, and other ideas related to essential oils.

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized healthcare recommendations.

Information provided through My Oil Companion is for general informational and educational purposes only.

2. Your Account

Certain features require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

You may not use another person's account without authorization or attempt to access accounts, administrative functions, or information that you are not authorized to access.

3. Free and Premium Features

My Oil Companion may provide both free and paid features.

Free users may have access to selected features, content, recommendations, and functionality.

Premium subscribers may receive additional features such as expanded personalized recommendations, additional recipe or use results, saved content, journaling features, or other Premium functionality described within the Service.

Features included in Free or Premium access may evolve as the Service develops.

We will not intentionally delete existing personal content solely because a paid subscription expires. However, certain functionality for accessing, adding to, or interacting with that content may require an active Premium subscription.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

My Oil Companion may offer Premium subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis.

Current planned standard pricing is:

• $2.99 per month
• $24.99 per year

Promotional or Founding Member pricing may also be offered. The initial Founding Member launch offer is $19 per year for qualifying subscribers.

The price, renewal terms, billing interval, and other purchase terms displayed at checkout govern your purchase.

Pricing and plans offered to new purchasers may change over time.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval until canceled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. My Oil Companion and Next for Success LLC do not store your full credit or debit card number. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe according to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Taxes or other charges required by applicable law may be added where appropriate.

5. Founding Member Pricing

Users who qualify for a paid Founding Member offer may receive special subscription pricing.

Where the offer specifically states that a Founding Member rate continues while the subscription remains continuously active, cancellation, expiration, failed renewal, or another interruption may result in loss of that promotional rate.

Founding Member designation by itself does not grant Premium access unless an associated paid or otherwise qualifying entitlement is active.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a recurring subscription using the cancellation method provided by My Oil Companion or its payment provider.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but generally does not terminate access already paid for during the current billing period.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

7. Essential-Oil Information

Essential oils are concentrated substances, and appropriate use varies by oil, product, method, concentration, age, individual circumstances, manufacturer directions, and other factors.

My Oil Companion may provide information about:

• individual essential oils
• commercially branded blends
• ingredients
• aromatic uses
• topical uses
• household uses
• personal-care uses
• recipes and preparations
• dilution
• safety considerations
• product directions
• manufacturer information
• other educational topics

This information does not replace the product label, manufacturer instructions, professional medical advice, poison-control guidance, or other qualified professional guidance where appropriate.

8. No Medical Advice

My Oil Companion is not a medical provider.

Nothing within the Service should be interpreted as medical advice or as a recommendation to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage a disease, medical condition, injury, or symptom.

Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information obtained through My Oil Companion.

If you believe you or another person is experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate emergency medical assistance.

9. Product Labels and Manufacturer Directions

Always review the current label and directions for the specific product you own.

Products containing similar ingredients may have different concentrations, formulations, intended uses, warnings, or manufacturer instructions.

My Oil Companion does not assume that directions associated with one manufacturer's product apply to another product.

The presence of an ingredient in a blend does not mean that every use associated with that ingredient is appropriate for the finished blend.

10. Independence & Third-Party Brands

My Oil Companion is an independent platform operated by Next for Success LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized representative of any essential oil brand referenced within the platform. All brand names, product names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

My Oil Companion does not sell essential oils.

References to third-party companies, brands, products, trademarks, and trade names — including Young Living, doTERRA, Melaleuca, and others — are provided for identification, educational, organizational, and informational purposes.

This independence statement applies to My Oil Companion and Next for Success LLC as a company. Individual users of the Service may separately be representatives, consultants, distributors, wellness advocates, or affiliates of third-party essential oil companies; any such relationship is theirs alone and is not a relationship between that company and My Oil Companion.

11. Third-Party Information and Links

The Service may reference manufacturer materials, educational resources, publications, websites, or other third-party sources.

We strive to provide useful and accurate information, but third-party information may change.

A link, citation, or reference does not necessarily constitute endorsement of the third party or all content provided by that third party.

12. User Content

The Service may allow you to create or store information such as:

• your Oil Cabinet
• wishlist or running-low status
• favorites
• journal entries
• preferences
• other personal app content

You retain ownership of content you create.

You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, display to you, and otherwise handle that content as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Service.

You are responsible for the content you choose to enter into your account.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• attempt unauthorized access to another user's account or data
• attempt to bypass access controls or subscription restrictions
• scrape or systematically extract substantial portions of the Service without permission
• use automated systems in a manner that materially burdens the Service
• copy or redistribute substantial proprietary content from the Service without authorization
• introduce malicious code
• use the Service for unlawful purposes

14. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party materials and user-created content, the Service — including its design, organization, software, original text, graphics, branding, selection and arrangement of content, and other original materials — is owned by or licensed to Next for Success LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your account or subscription provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. It does not transfer ownership of the Service or its content to you.

15. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, modify, add, or discontinue features as My Oil Companion develops.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the Service will operate without interruption or error.

We may perform maintenance, correct errors, update content, and make changes reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the Service.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that all information will always be complete, error-free, current, or suitable for every individual circumstance.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Next for Success LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, or protection of the Service or other users.

You may stop using My Oil Companion at any time.

19. Privacy

Your use of My Oil Companion is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves.

When appropriate, we may provide notice of material changes through the Service, email, or another reasonable method.

The current effective date will appear at the top of these Terms.
